What Is a Partial Hospitalization Program?

Partial hospitalization programs are designed as a step-down from residential treatment. They still offer a high level of support and daily sessions in our treatment center, but guests return home or to a sober living residence at the end of each day. Guests attend both group and individual therapy sessions and participate in activities to help them rebuild their lives in sobriety.

One of the primary benefits of going through treatment in our recovery center is that you’ll be in a safe, supportive environment as you work through addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. At United Recovery Project, we believe in treating the mind, body, and spirit of those suffering from substance use disorder.

Our Approach to Treatment

Each of our guests receives a personalized treatment plan designed to help them reach their goals. While treatment is co-ed, we maintain separate housing for men and women so they can work with their gender peers in a comfortable environment. We understand how important the environment is when treating addiction. Our South Florida location provides a serene setting and is central to hundreds of 12 step meetings weekly. We believe that taking an addict out of their using environment is essential to successful treatment.
